Synchronous Controllers
Synchronous Controllers (Electronic Shaft or Gearbox) for Synchronization of speed, events, positions and Print Marks Control.
All Motrona Synchronous Controller can accept marker pulses from encoders and from remote proximity switches or photocells to automatically produce the correct position with pitch or cycle related applications. The Motrona range of synchronous controllers can operate with all variable speed drives (AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo or hydraulic type) that has a ±10 V speed reference signal. The extremely fast position control loop provides excellent performance even with highly dynamic applications.
Master / Slave Synchronizers with 4 Relays BY641:
Short description on BY641: The BY641 Synchronous Controller is suitable for control purposes on smaller machines and systems with a smaller budget. The BY641 Synchronous Controller allows a direct adjustment of the speed ration via a front BCD decade switch. The Synchronous Controller has 4 programmable limit values for transistor switching outputs as well as 4 potential-free changeover output relays, a 14 bit analog output (± 10 V or 0/4 ... 20 mA) and a serial RS232 interface.

Synchronization of Drives Firmware BY701:
in combination with Motion Controller MC700
Short description on BY701: The BY701 firmware is used in applications where either angle-synchronous synchronisation of drives (electronic shaft) or variable ratio (electronic transmission) is required. Short position control (< 1 ms) and the intelligent calculation of algorithms ensure the highest precision in all synchronous phases. The MC700 controller can operate up to 4 axes.
